Hanschell Inniss Limited is seeking to recruit highly numerate, self-motivated, commercially-focused Senior Accounts Clerk for our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. As a Senior Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
Duties will include:
- Manage the day-to-day functions of the Cashiers.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Provide support during audits and tax filings.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Possess an Associate Degree in Accounting
- Have at least three (3) years’ experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrate high numerical and analytical skills.
- Computer literate with knowledge of accounting software packages, Microsoft Word and Excel. Working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
- Ability to work outside of normal working hours, including weekends as may be required.
